Application Process Overview
- Course Selection: Select 1 to 4 courses based on your eligibility
- Personal Details: Enter your name, contact information, and personal details
- Academic Information: Provide your board, stream, and subject marks
- Eligibility Check: System verifies your eligibility for selected courses
- Course Preferences: Finalize your course preferences
- Special Quotas: Apply for applicable special quotas if eligible
- Document Upload: Upload required documents
- Payment: Pay the application fee (calculated based on your selection)
- Final Review: Review and submit your complete application
Important Information
Course Selection (First Step):
- You can select between 1 to 4 courses in a single application
- Course availability depends on your category and academic stream
- The application fee will be calculated automatically based on:
- Your community category (SC/ST/OC/BC/BCM/MBC)
- Number of courses you select
- Course types (BFSC, B.Tech, BBA, B.Voc)
Fee Transparency:
Your application fee will be displayed clearly at each stage. You can see:
- Base fee for your category
- Additional charges per course
- Course-specific surcharges
- Total amount to be paid

- Auto-Save: Your data is automatically saved at each stage
- Real-Time Fee Calculation: See fees update as you make selections
- Progress Tracking: You can see which steps are completed
- Edit at Any Stage: Go back to previous steps to modify your selections before final submission
- Application Number: Generated automatically after submission with QR code
- Eligibility Check: System validates your selections in real-time
Required Documents
You will need to upload the following documents during the application process:
- Passport-size photograph (JPG/PNG, max 2MB)
- Your signature (JPG/PNG, max 2MB)
- Community certificate (PDF, max 5MB)
- Board marks sheet (PDF, max 5MB)
- Transfer certificate from last school (PDF, max 5MB)
- Aadhaar card (optional but recommended)
Special Quotas & Benefits
If applicable, you can claim the following during your application:
- OBC Creamy Layer: For eligible candidates
- Sports Quota: For sports persons with certificates
- NCC Quota: For NCC cadets
- Women Quota: Applicable to eligible female candidates
- First Generation: If you are the first in your family to pursue higher education
- Fisherman Ward: For dependents of fishermen
Payment Information
Important: The application fee is non-refundable once paid. Please ensure all your details are correct before making payment.
